Points can take up to 24 hours to update after you make a purchase. If you are still missing points, it is likely that your phone number or email on your account was not used when checking out. It is imperative that you make sure you are checking out with the correct phone number or email.
You will not start earning points until after you confirm your signup. From that point forward you will earn based on your activity.
You earn 1 point per 1 dollar spent before tax. If a discount is applied to your purchase you will earn points based off the final amount paid before tax, not the pre discounted amount.
Show your budtender what reward you would like to redeem in the app. From there your budtender will click redeem and give you your reward.

Members that spend 5k annually with us qualify for Mid Shelf status and earn 1.5pts per $1 spent.
Members that spend 10k annually with us qualify for Top Shelf status earning 2pts per $1 spent.
Look out for double point days to earn double your current point status for as much as 4pts per $1 spent!

Yes, if you’d like to transfer points, follow the instructions listed here:
Provide your budtender with the first/last name and the phone number on your account as well as the first/last name and phone number of the account you would like to transfer points to, as well as how many points you would like to transfer.
Adjustments will be made Mon-Fri and the system requires at least 24 hours to post changes to your account.
