DELIVERY

To order our delivery service you must first make an online account. Our website will prompt you to make a account as you start to shop the menu.

HOW DO I MAKE MY ONLINE ACCOUNT?

1. Once the “Welcome” popup appears, in the bottom left corner you will see a blue sign up button.

2. Click the sign up button and fill out everything the form asks for, the information you put in your account must match the ID you upload.

3. Once you successfully make a online account you are all ready to order! Proceed to the menu and start adding items to your cart.

4. When you ready to checkout press the cart button in the top right corner of the page.

5. Your cart will have a breakdown of all your items, taxes, delivery fee, etc.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You can pay with either cash or debit card for delivery orders only.

FEES/MINIMUMS

There is a $5 delivery fee and a $50 minimum order total.

DELIVERY HOURS?

10a-8pm Monday-Sunday, all orders placed after 7:30pm will roll over to the next delivery day.

DELIVERY ZONE?

We have a Map with our delivery zone on the “CONTACT US” page of our website. If you are right on the board of the delivery zone give us a call and we will see what we can do. (805) 843-3131 Ext. 104

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, if you no longer want your order you are welcome to cancel.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

Once your order is in our delivery truck you can NOT change your order. By law we can not alter any orders once they leave our building. If there is something you no longer want in your order you will have to reject your order, then place a new order online. That being said, if you call the delivery department before your order is packed you may change your order! You can reach delivery at (805) 843-3131 Ext. 104

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE?

Must be 21+ for delivery.

IN-STORE PICK UP

We also have the option for In-Store Pick Up, dodge the wait and pick up in store.  You must submit your pick up order via our online site (WE DO NOT TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE). Instead of clicking delivery, click pick up, and grab your order at your convenience. Pick up orders must be picked up same day.  If you do not pick up your order it will be put back on the sales floor with the chance of being sold out!
