Job Description: Receptionist

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Exhibit strong work ethic
  • Greet all patients with exceptional customer service skills including an outgoing manner including a positive and warm welcome
  • Demonstrate ability of solid computer skills with office programs
  • Ability to check-in patients with computer
  • Process new patient paperwork, data entry and update patient files
  • Interact with patients onsite as well as over the phone
  • Maintain cleanliness of front desk and lobby area
  • Know and understand all medical marijuana and products offered
  • Know and understand applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures



  • 21 or over
  • Pass background check
  • Possess strong communication and time management skills
  • Be customer satisfaction-oriented
  • Possess strong attention to detail and mathematical skills
  • Sales skills
  • Be reliable and honest, and always on-time
  • Have personal transportation
  • Be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed; work flexible hours, be available and willing to cover shifts
